University Place Sidewalks & Guardrails

The improvements on University Place in Oxford, MS include the installation of approximately 700 feet of new sidewalk and guardrails, enhancing both safety and accessibility throughout the area. This project focuses on creating a more walkable, connected environment for residents and visitors alike.

Unique features of this $500,000 project include:

  • 700 feet of new sidewalk to improve pedestrian access,

  • installed guardrails to enhance safety along key pathways,

  • and upgraded infrastructure to support long-term durability.

This project is being executed in partnership with CDFL Architects + Engineers, PA, working collaboratively to deliver a streamlined and efficient construction process while meeting the needs of the University Place community.
